Am I able to change my scheduled appointment?
Generally, yes you can change your appointment, but you need to be aware that with a limited amount of appointment slots it may take several weeks before we can schedule another appointment. It is best to keep the appointment we have with you, as the problem you came in with may need to be dealt with by a certain date.

I have a PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or Universal Credit Work Capability Assessment (UC50) form. Can you help me fill it in correctly?
Yes we can, please contact us as soon as you receive your form to book an appointment as your form will need to be sent back by the date stamped on the front of it. Usually you will have one month to return it.
IMPORTANT: If you contact us with less than two weeks to go to the deadline, we may not have an appointment free to see you before the deadline. This is because we are very busy. If this is the case, we will likely ask you to ring the PIP enquiry line to ask for an extension. Their telephone number can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/disability-benefits-helpline
